Welcome View

When you open TPT, normally the Welcome View is displayed.

Welcome View

If you do not want the Welcome View to be displayed whenever you start TPT, click Do not show this screen on every start of TPT. To enable the Welcome View again, select Options|Preferences|Dialog Auto Answers and remove the entry from the list. Select View|Show Welcome View or click in the perspectives bar to open the Welcome View at any time.

The Welcome View can be used:

• to create a TPT project
• to open an existing TPT project
• to start a wizard to configure an ASCET Platform, a LABCAR Platform,
  or a MATLAB/Simulink Platform
• to continue a recently opened TPT project
• to open TPT project examples
• to open other resources to learn more about TPT
• to enable or disable the Dark Mode
